Day 6&7 ---Vik, Solheimajokull, Reykjavík

In the morning of day 6, I will drive to Vik and stay there for a day. On my way to Vik, I will drop by the Jökulsárlón lake.

When I arrive Vik, I will go visit the black sand beach, join the parasailing there and take few pictures with the crashed DC3 plane and the Vik church.

Parasailing and skydiving or anything related to sky and flying are always the things I want consistently to try in my whole life, it brings me the feeling of freedom and living like a bird because I have no restrictions and limitation in the sky.

The Vik church is one of the most beautiful church in my mind. It is not as fabulous as those other Europe church, instead it is so small and simple with only red and white color. The first time when I saw it on the picture an astound feeling flowed in to my mind. How can it be so peaceful and powerful at the same time! It is just a tiny church but its beyond any words.

On my way back to Reykjavík, I will stop at the Solheimajokull and take a look there. This is where the interstellar filmed. Finally, I will drive back, end my trip, and prepare to fly home.

I believe this trip is going to be an unforgettable and extraordinary experience in my life and it will make my life livelier and more meaningful. Especially, this is my trip with myself. During this happy lonely time, I believe that I will have a lot of reflections not just about people and life, but also about the nature and the universe.
